Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dedicated school team in Springfield, MA. This role serves a high school caseload, providing both direct therapy and consultative support within General Education and Life Skills (LI/LINKS) programs.
Youll be part of a collaborative team that supports students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their communication and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students.

Support implementation of IEP goals and data tracking.

Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and paraprofessionals.

Provide input for student progress reports and meetings.

Maintain professional communication with school staff and recruiter.
Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLPA license (screenshot required at submission)

Must pass drug screen, fingerprint, and background check

Reliable transportation for onsite work
